  • This Policy details the critical aspects governing your personal data relationship with Akademe or Nurture  which is owned and operated by Akademe Edify Tech  Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act of 2013, and having its registered office at AC, 824, BUBBLESPACE COWORKING PVT LTD, HRBR Layout Block I Extension, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka, 560043.
  • Your personal data relationship with Akademe  varies based on the capacity in which you interact with us/avail of our products and solutions (“Services”). You could be: 
  1. A visitor to akademe.in or nurturecrm.in  (“Website”) or any pages thereof (“Visitor”);
  2. A person/entity availing of one of our Services (“Customer”); or
  3. An employee/agent/representative/appointee of a Customer who uses the said Service (“User”). Based on whether you are a Visitor, Customer, or User, the type of data we collect and the purpose for which it is being used will differ and this Policy details such variations;
  • This Privacy Policy is a part of and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service; and
  • When you submit information to us, you are doing so on a completely voluntary basis, at your sole discretion and will. Many times the information you submit is required to obtain the benefit, assistance, or service you are requesting or would like to obtain from us-for instance, to use our services as listed on Akademe.com, or to obtain information about our Client offerings.
  • This Policy will clarify the rights available to you vis-à-vis the personal data you share with us. If you disagree with the Policy, we would advise you to not visit/use our website or mobile application/platform (collectively “App”).
  • Nurture CRM will use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use appropriate security based on the type and sensitivity of data being stored. As with any internet-enabled system, there is always a risk of unauthorized access, so it’s essential to protect your password and to contact us if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Akademe takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of the personal data that we collect and store. These measures vary based on the type and sensitivity of the data. Unfortunately, no system can be 100% secured, so we cannot guarantee that communications between you and Akademe, the Services, or any information provided to us in connection with the data we collect through the Services will be free from unauthorized access by third parties. Retention of personal information

User Choices

Limit the information You provide: You always have the option to choose the information you provide to us, including the opportunity to update or delete your data. However, please note that a lack of specific information may not allow you to access the Platform or any of its features, in part or whole.

Limit the communications You receive from us: Further, and you will also have the option to choose what kind of communication you would like to receive from us and whether you would like to receive such communication at all or not. However, certain communications may be required for legal or security purposes, including changes to various legal agreements, that you may not be able to limit.

Reject Cookies and other similar technologies: You may reject or remove cookies from your web browser; you will always have the option to change the default settings on your web browser if the same is set to ‘accept cookies’. However, please note that some Services offered on the Platform may not function or be available to you when the cookies are rejected, removed, or disabled.

Tools used by our customers

If you are a Customer, you are empowered to use proprietary or other third-party technologies on your website and host them in our App. If you do, you agree and acknowledge that it is your sole obligation to inform your Leads about any data you collect by using such technologies, how it is being used, and the policies by which such collection is bound.

Transfer of information to Third Parties

In the ordinary course of business, we may employ third parties to assist us in providing certain components of our Services in compliance with the provisions of this and the Terms of Service Policy. To do so, we may need to share your data with them.

Wherever applicable, we have entered into adequate Confidentiality agreements with these third parties to ensure the confidentiality and safety of such data.

We may display links to third-party websites or applications on our Website or App for advertising or providing you with relevant content. We will not be responsible for such third-party websites or applications if you choose to access them. If you provide any data to such a website/application, please ensure you read their policies given that you will no longer be bound by this Policy in doing so.
